Property Fees

  • Utilities - Tenants are responsible for paying for Garbage, Natural Gas, and shared space utilities based on a ratio billback. Tenants are responsible for paying for Water and Sewer utilities based on Sub-metered use. Electricity and Wi-Fi are not provided, and are  a tenant responsibility.
