submitted by Elena S. - |Recommended: YesNice College Apartment Near Campus — I really enjoyed living at the Pearl during my last year of college. The apartment was spacious and in a great location. It is on a very busy street where there are loud cars, parties, and you can always hear what the people in the apartment above you are doing, so if you are sensitive to noise this may not be the place for you. Other than this, management was nice and always helpful, and I would rent from the Hive again if I were staying in Eugene.
