|Recommended: YesComfortable Affordable Living Near Campus — While the apartment complex buildings are old some of the oldest on the street , the interiors have nice, newer flooring, working appliances, and the outside has clean landscaping with easy-to-access amenities. The community itself is safe, parking is readily available to both tenants and visitors, and the laundromat is super convenient and tied to an app where you can pay and see when your laundry is done. You can hear a little bit of noise from surrounding apartments, but generally it's not too bad or distracting. Upon moving in, all the carpets were cleaned and everything was nicely cleaned - overall, very satisfied with the apartments. The interiors look very similar to the pictures online, if not better. Management is also very quick to respond and friendly. Overall, very satisfied with the cleanliness, apartment layout, surrounding community, and the price.

|Recommended: NoPrice Is Great. — Price is great. Rooms are big. Could use more kitchen storage and space.

|Recommended: YesOverall A Good Place To Live. — It's a good place to live and nobody bothers you there.
|Recommended: YesGreat Property And Community — Sometimes the walls are a little too thin but overall the place is great. Maintenance fixed everything immediately and they did a great job AC could be cooler but its still manageable.
|Recommended: YesMeh. It's An Apartment. — Mostly ok. Avoid apartments on the stair side as you will hear stomping day and night. Avoid dogs that like to bark. Avoid the laundry room Sun Mon because the machines are never available. Maintenance is not prompt and sometimes needs a reminder to do a work order. The floors are easy to clean. The unit stays decently warm and cool.
|Recommended: YesGreat Cheap Apartments — Very nice affordable apartments. Amazing layout for a family, college students, or anyone in between. Dog friendly which is always a plus. The major downside is thin walls. The bedrooms are right next to neighbors and I can constantly hear very loud snoring that keeps me up at night.
|Recommended: YesWonderful For College Students — My husband and I are college students and it is a short walk to campus There are many friendly neighbors, and with pets allowed here it isn't uncommon to see adorable animals strolling around the property on their leash Also, potty clean up is easy because there are potty bag stations for your pups. There is an on sight laundromat that can be accessed via app, which is nice if you aren't the type to carry around dozens of quarters. Management is easy to get along with and very accommodating as well. I would easily recommend Campus Village to anyone
|Recommended: YesI Appreciate Our Apartment And Love The Community — It’s a beautiful sight with many positive aspects
|Recommended: YesCute. Cozy. Perfect — It's great. It is really nice and close to campus. It is perfect for one-two people.
|Recommended: YesAwesome Apartments — Nice apartments with super friendly and understanding staff who are willing to help, grounds are always clean and buildings are nice with enough space for minimal noise bleed from neighbors
|Recommended: YesResponsive — The staff is very responsive to work orders, complaints and overall inquiries. The apartments are also quite big with the exception of the small kitchen area. There is no washer and dryer inside the apartment. The property staff is also very nice and will be respective of your things when they come into the apartment for any maintenance.

|Recommended: YesCampus Village - A Decent Living — I have enjoyed living at Campus Village so far. The one complaint I have would be being able to hear my neighbors all to easily.
