|Recommended: YesGood 3 bedroom and decent prize for the size and area. Close to south campus, and fairhaven. Private parking lot is nice to have but it can get overcrowded and sometimes I would have to park on the street above. Kitchen is very small. Only one person can function in it at a time. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs is convenient. All bedrooms are upstairs. Washer dryer in unit - also very small. Decent amount of closet storage space.
