|Recommended: YesNice Area Decent Apartments — Kept clean, apartments have been remodeled, so look fairly good. Can hear neighbors at times. Staff very friendly. Overall, decent apartments. Parking is just enough for residents. Not a lot of extra parking.

|Recommended: YesOverall A Pretty Great Experience — Id say compared to other places, this is top of the line. I really enjoy living here. there are some little things that are kind of annoying such as, the shower doesn't drain very well so when I shower it fills the bathtub with water and when things that need to get fixed, they get fixed but its not a permanent fix. Theres also no locks on the bathrooms and the main door lock is sometimes hard to lock and unlock. We fixed it with some WD-40

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Apartments, Close To Campus — The apartments are really nice and spacious. There are a couple of small downsides such as our bedroom door not wanting to stay closed because of a loose knob but overall, there isn't much to complain about. Neighbors can't be heard inside their houses which is a great plus I also love seeing all the dogs in the complex They all look so sweet.

|Recommended: YesGreat, Friendly Staff But Parking Could Be Better — The apartments are really nice and fairly priced with how close they are to campus. The parking could be better, however. Assigned parking spaces would be nice for residents. When neighbors have 5-6 cars, parking can be a nightmare.
