The staff are understanding and kind, maintenance requests are fulfilled in no more than two days, and the conditions of apartments are good. The proximity to CWU, transportation routes, food and stores is also amazing. Definitely a place to recommend
|Recommended: YesFeels A Little Like Home — The property and maintenance staff are awesome and truly care about your comfort and respond quickly however when it comes to comfort in the apartment, you'd better hope you have quiet neighbors as the walls are a bit thin which also means that it can be pretty cold during the fall winter months inside. I do love how safe the area feels and how easy it is to go out on a walk to the new path or to the 18th corner store. Overall, it feels a little like home.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place — It's a great place to live. Only complaint is that the grass gets really long, and there is a problem with the watering system near our building, so the grass areas are always muddy and soggy.
|Recommended: YesSlightly Pricey, But A Great Place To Live. — Calm environment, not too much noise, and feels private despite being a collection of townhomes. A bit on the steeper end compared to some other places in town, but it's a quality place to live.

|Recommended: YesNo Place Like Home — From the moment I took a tour I knew this place could be home. Neighbors are all friendly. If you have any questions or concerns they get addressed quickly. Love the fact that every individual apartment has their own washer and dryer.
