Pet Policy

No more than two animals are allowed per apartment. Breed Restrictions apply, and aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. A $200 refundable deposit, $20/monthly pet rent per animal and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
